Online Coaching Package (12 weeks or 16 weeks)

- An 18 page PDF welcome package booklet which includes the following. About me, what are macros, how to track your diet, how to make this a lifestyle, how to use flexible dieting and a supplement guide.

- Once a week email check in to track how your progress is going. As well as nutrition and workout changes if need be (It's your responsibility to check in with me)

- Calorie targets for your goals with the option to go even deeper with macro-nutrient targets (protein, carbs and fats).

- Nutrition guidance (how to track your calories and change your foods accordingly)

- In-depth workout plan set to your goals (adjusted when needed)

- 24/7 Email support for questions
