Monthly packages include...
- The number of sessions shown (one hour sessions)
- My private phone number to arrange the personal training sessions.
- Macro targets (protein, carbs and fats) set to your goals. With an In-depth meal plan set alongside for you to follow to get you going.
- An emailed welcome package booklet which includes the following. About me, what are macros, how to track your diet, how to make this a lifestyle, how to use flexible dieting and a supplement guide.
- A weekly email check in to track how your progress is going. As well as nutrition and personal workout changes if need be (It's your responsibility to check in with me)
- 24/7 Email support for questions (a reply within 24 hours)
Please note; Less than 24 hours notice for any cancellations, will result in the session still costing.
