Please note: I will talk to you first about what show you'd like to compete in. Assess your current physique and weight, then let you know how long I feel you need to prep for. If I feel I'm not the right coach for you for your certain federation or category I will give you my honest opinion. • An inside look into the competition prep lifestyle - Competition welcome package booklet (17 pages) which includes the following. About me and my competition career, my top tips, what to expect, how to track your diet, how to use flexible dieting and a supplement guide.
• Once a week email check in to track how your progress is going. As well as nutrition and workout changes if need be (It's your responsibility to check in with me)
• Macro targets (protein, carbs and fats) set to your goals. With an In-depth meal plan set alongside for you to follow
• Macro nutrient guidance (how to track your calories, macronutrients and change your foods accordingly)
• In-depth workout plan (weights workouts and cardio workouts if required)
• Video links to my exclusive YouTube videos for exercise demonstrations and tips
• 24/7 Email support for questions (a reply within 24 hours)
• Package does not include posing coaching. However, I will guide and give you the best advice possible in this area!
